FLU CLINIC SCHEDULE 2007

| Listed below are the dates, times and
locations of the clinics to be held at community and senior centers as
well as Public Health Branch locations. Shots are available to
seniors 60 or older. Persons 9 years to 59 years with a life
threatening medical condition are eligible ONLY if they bring a
prescription from their health care provider stating the medical problem.
Children under 9 years should go to their medical provider or the Public
Health Branch infant clinics. A $7.00 donation is requested.
Medicare can be billed at the indoor clinic sites. For more
